As this is a new and one-woman show currently, the processing time will be longer temporarily, for now, at 7-10 business days. Please note that temporarily, ALL ORDERS can require up to 7-10 Business days of processing before being shipped. I'm working very diligently to shorten this process, so you can enjoy your lashes as much as I want you guys to! Thank you immensely for your patience, and it will definitely be rewarded. =)


SHIPPING:

Currently, we only ship within the U.S (Alaska and Hawaii included) and will accept international orders soon when expanding! All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll automatically receive an e-mail with a link to track your package.


USPS First Class | 1-5 Business Days (plus processing time)

USPS Priority |  2-3 Business Days (plus processing time )



INCORRECT ADDRESS ERRORS:

If you've placed an order with an invalid address that needs to be corrected I understand, mistakes happen! Please email [email protected] immediately to get your address corrected. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address We will only reship once you send an email with your order number and updated shipping address. A re-shipping charge for costs to send the order will apply. If we receive no response, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs. 


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

5 Dollar Minks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but please feel free to file a claim with USPS to receive further assistance. Once a package has shipped, the responsibility is given to USPS. However, don’t hesitate to email [email protected] if more evidence is required. We’ll happily make sure you get all you need to get your claim approved!


RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Due to sanitary reasons, There are no returns for eyelashes. However, If you aren't happy with your lashes once you get them, an exchange within 15 days from the day you receive them for unworn and unopened product is no problem! Please do not wear the lashes if you think you might want to exchange them! Please email [email protected] for assistance. Know that I’m here to help!


If your order is incorrect or there's been a mistake I’ll ensure you  get the correct product! Please email [email protected] as soon as you receive your order, with your order number and a picture of items received, and you will be taken care of the best of my ability!
